18s Junior Representative EOIs

EOIs will close Friday September 15th 2025

Trial will be Monday 22nd September Adcock Park 630 to 830
Tournaments: PWMC Venue TBC 31st Jan/ 1st February JSCNC Dubbo  20th/21st/22nd February 
Teams will be finalised based off the EOI and or a training/trial session if required.
Qualification. If a trial is required players must be registered and financial in the 2025/26 Summer Competition to be eligible to attend the trial or have played in the 2025 Winter Competition.

Players must be born 2009 and 2008

 

Junior Representative Trials:

To be eligible to trial players must be registered in the 2025 Junior Competition. Wear your Monday Junior Competition shirt to the trial. There is no form to fill out pre trial simply turn up 30 minutes before the start time to try on uniforms and fill in paperwork

Dolphins Levy $218 paid direct to the club
The levy includes: training shirt or singlet, hat or visor and two pairs of  socks. 
Playing singlet/shirt and shorts are extra. The playing uniform is new and is for the 2025/26 and 2026/2027 season.

First instalment is due Friday 17th October $150. This payment secures your childs spot in the team
Second Instalment based on uniform requirements is due Friday 31st October

Costs of Tournaments
 
At the time of posting the costs are roughly
PWMC Nelson Bay :$100 paid direct to Hornets Touch when you register online into the team: Due late January
JSC Dubbo: $130 paid direct to NSW Touch when you register online into the team: Due late January/Early Feb
Gala Days: Each coach will determine if teams participate in Gala days. Locations: Newcastle, Sydney and Central Coast. Cost of these will vary and they cover the referee and entry.
Accommodation:
Each player/family will need to find their own accommodation:
The club has limited accommodation to pass onto families so please try and find your own first. More details about this will be sent out after all trials are completed.
